RETURN/EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping time varies from 8-12 days. Please always provide a valid address with email and contact details. We use the best shipping companies to make sure your shipment reaches you fast. We ship from India and if you are not sure if we can ship in the country where you are, please contact our customer care.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Enliven Store. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and the item(s) must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you wish to send the product back to us. We will be happy to assist and attend to your concerns.

Request for return or exchange of the products is accepted within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it is not a sale or discounted order, and there is a valid reason for the return or exchange. After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be possible.

Please note, what is NOT VALID for returns or exchanges:

  • Sale orders / discounted orders 

  • Used products or products without showing a valid issue by sharing a photo of the same

  • International orders 

  • Any product that is custom-made or personalized for you

A few MUST READS while asking for a return or refund:

​

  1. Before sending the product back, make sure that the goods are in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used.
     

  2. Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive to claim any physical damage or missing product. Make sure to record the video before opening the shipping seal, so that it shows the true status of the products.  Returns/exchanges on claims of damage or defective products will only be accepted with valid video proof.
     

  3. Make sure to mention your order number and contact number clearly on the package when returning the goods to us.
     

  4. The cost of shipping back is borne by you, the buyer. We suggest that the shipping be done with a tracking option because Enliven will not be liable for any damages and loss that occur while the goods are being returned.
     

  5. To process your return, please write to us at, designs@100milliondesigns.com. Make sure the products are returned to the address given via email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped and left with the shipping company, it is not possible to cancel the order.
